Thank you for reviewing OUJX, Inc’s ("OUJX") privacy policy for its mobile application ("App") and Internet web site located at the URL www.oujx.com ("Site"). This Privacy Policy details certain policies implemented throughout OUJX governing OUJX’s collection and use of personally identifiable information about users of our Site and users of our App.
Privacy Policy Updates
OUJX may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, OUJX will post our updated Privacy Policy on our Site located at
http://oujx.com/pedalball/privacypolicy.html and on our App, along with notice that the Privacy Policy has been changed so you are always aware of what personally identifiable information we may collect and how we may use this information. OUJX may also send registered users that have provided us with their email address an email notification notifying such users of any changes to the Privacy Policy. OUJX encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this Site or App and/or continued provision of personally identifiable information to us will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, to register for an account or to otherwise use certain services and functionality of the Site and to be able to use our App to store created games or share games, you will be required to provide us with your username, password and age . Your username does not function as online contact information that can be used to contact you through our Site or App. If you are 13 or older and would like us to assist you with resetting your password in the future when you forget your password, you must also provide us with your email address.
If you contact us with questions or to request information, we will collect the personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit with your communications to us. We also may collect personally identifiable information about you that you elect to upload to the Site or our App.
We may use your personally identifiable information to register you to use our Site and App and to provide our services to you, assist you with password retrieval, contact you to deliver certain services or information you have requested, verify your authority to use the App and the Site, improve the content and general administration of the Site and the App. We may also send you targeted marketing and promotions regarding our App and the Site. As part of the App and the Site, you may upload content, photos and videos to the games and we collect the personally identifiable information in such content, photos and videos that you upload and we use such information to provide the Site, App and services to you. If you are 13 or older, you also may elect to "share" the games that you have created on the Site and/or on the App. If you "share" the games you have created, your username and any non-public or personally identifiable information that you have elected to upload to a game will be viewable by other users of the Site and App. If you elect to share your game with specific persons through email we will ask for that third party’s email address and we will only use their email address to send them or provide them with access to your game that you have specified. If you elect to share your game on a third party website such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+, based on your privacy settings on such third party websites, other users will be able to view your username and any personally identifiable information you have included in your game. Your interactions with such third party websites are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the interaction.
Additionally, the third party app store providers from which you obtain the App may collect certain data about you, including aggregate data, and your use of the applicable app store is subject to the privacy policy terms of the app store provider. The app store providers may provide us with certain aggregate data about you.
Children’s Privacy
OUJX recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Neither the Site nor the App are directed to children under the age of 13. OUJX does not target its App or this Site to children under 13. OUJX does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifiable information (such as your email).
Cookies
We may use small text files called cookies to improve overall Site experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Users Outside of the United States
Our computer systems and third party hosting provider systems are currently based in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the U.S. where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union.
